Come bound into Spring at the George W Pirtle Scout Reservation, as we enjoy fun outdoor activities that help strengthen your Cub Scout skills!

Participate in archery, slingshot and bb gun shooting to earn your shooting sports award! Enjoy canoeing or try your hand at fishing on Lake Murvaul, then take a hike on our pre marked trail with rewards at multiple check points! Stop by the handicraft area to show your Cub Scout spirit by decorating rocks to hide for others to find around GWP, brand some items to display at home with items you've earned as a Cub Scout, and other crafting fun!  Play a game of gaga ball, 4 square or basketball with other Cub Scouts, and maybe visit our STEM area to launch a rocket or build a bug bot!  If you're interested in dutch oven cooking, check out what's cooking and maybe enjoy a snack!

Bring your Cub Scout spirit as we close out our full day of fun with a campfire!   If your den or pack would like to perform a skit or a song at campfire, just let us know when you check in!

Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday, and please join us Sunday morning for our Chapel service and breakfast before we all head home.
